Tracey Foreman, President and owner of Partners for Good, LLC, is a resource developer with 25 years of experience in business development, fundraising, and marketing. With field experience in economic and community development, environmental issues, the arts, education, and healthcare, Tracey can offer counsel in strategic planning, strategic restructuring, program development, fundraising, social marketing, evaluation, and community organizing.

- Consultant Project Manager to The Northwest Initiative, a forum of government, business and university leaders devoted to regional economic development in Northwest Indiana.
- Facilitator for The Project on Civic Reflection, funded by Lilly Endowment Inc., an experimental program to help Americans reflect on their activities of giving and serving.
Tracey holds a B.S. and an M.P.A., Research Methodology and Public Policy from Indiana University, and she is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).

Partner Jean Hardy Robinson’s efforts focus on non-profit financial management for greater accountability and capacity building. With expertise in financial modeling that integrates budgeting with strategic planning, jean counsels CEO’s on financial and endowment management. Jean has held positions in executive management, program development, university teaching and market research. Jean has guided organizations through operational reforms, serving as Vice President of a major financial institution and as vice president for college relations and marketing for a large nonprofit consortium. She has helped CEO’s bring the best business practices to a changing nonprofit environment. Jean’s clients include: Calumet College of St. Joseph, Chicago Public Schools, The Chicago Children’s Choir, Gary Educational Development Foundation, DePaul University, The Gary Accord, and the Discovery Alliance. Jean has authored one book and co-edited Ideas for Treasury Management. She holds a PhD. from the University of Kansas.

Partner Morton J. Marcus is Director Emeritus of the Indiana Business Research Center in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he taught economics for 33 years. Mr. Marcus has served six Indiana governors as an advisor on taxation and economic development. The author of Tightrope to Tomorrow, Marcus offered the nation a new perspective on productivity, pensions, and public education. His pioneering efforts in the creation of economic development databases have been an inspiration for similar efforts in other states and nations. Since his retirement from the University he continues to write a newspaper column that appears weekly in more than 30 communities. He also maintains an active speaking schedule and is engaged in numerous research efforts related to economic development.
